- Return Eligibility:
a. All returns must be requested within 60 days of product receipt date.
b. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
c. Product returns under $300 will not be accepted - Return Authorization:
a. Contact our Customer Care team at returns@heitek.com or 800-926-2099 to request a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - Return Shipping:
a. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer
defect or an error on our part.
b. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented return transit.
c. Include the RMA number and a packing list of the items (item numbers and Quantities that are
being returned with the shipment
d. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside / shipping label of the package
e. Product must be received within 21 days of RMA issue or they may not be accepted - Inspection and Processing:
a. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility
criteria.
b. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 30 business days after the inspection. - Restocking Fee:
a. A restocking fee of up to 50% may be charged on returns not due to manufacturer defects or
Heitek processing error. - Exclusions:
a. Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective. - Damaged or Defective Products:
a. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. - Refund Method:
a. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. - Changes to This Policy:
a. Heitek Automation reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Changes
will be effective upon posting to our website.
